Welcome to Gio Edu. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gio Edu mobile application, website, and associated services. By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using Gio Edu, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the application.
Users must meet the minimum age requirement specified by Gio Edu and applicable laws. Users must provide accurate registration information, safeguard login credentials, avoid impersonation and false identities, and are responsible for account activities except where prohibited by law.
Users may register using a mobile number, email address, or another supported authentication method. Users agree to maintain accurate information, protect credentials, report suspected unauthorized access, and not access or share another person’s account without permission. Gio Edu may restrict accounts involved in fraud, security violations, or breaches of these Terms.
Gio Edu may offer messaging, audio calls, video calls, and other communication services. Users must not send threats, harassment, unlawful content, spam, fraudulent links, or malicious software; record or distribute private conversations without legally required consent; or use communication features for scams or unauthorized commercial solicitation. Users are responsible for their communications.
Users may create, upload, publish, broadcast, or share content and must hold the necessary rights and permissions. Users retain ownership of original content but grant Gio Edu Inc. a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, and distribute content as needed to operate Gio Edu, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Illegal broadcasts, harassment, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, and promotion of unlawful activities are prohibited. Gio Edu may remove violating content or restrict accounts.
Gio Edu may offer virtual coins, gifts, rewards, or digital features. Where applicable, these are digital items for use in Gio Edu, not legal currency or financial assets. Purchases are subject to checkout terms.
Items cannot be redeemed for money unless an authorized redemption feature expressly permits it. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are subject to applicable law, platform policies, and published refund rules. Fraudulent purchases or misuse may lead to account restrictions.
Users must interact respectfully. Hate speech, discriminatory harassment, threats, cyberbullying, fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, spam, exploitation or endangerment of minors, unauthorized collection of personal information, and attacks on application security are prohibited. Violations may lead to removal, suspension, or termination.
Depending on features used, Gio Edu may process account information, communication-related data, user-generated content, device information, transaction records, and information accessed through permitted device features. A separate Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention, and user rights.
Certain features may require camera, microphone, photo library, notification, or other device access. Permissions support relevant functions. Users can manage supported permissions in device settings; disabling them may limit features.
Gio Edu branding, software, logos, design, graphics, and other proprietary materials belong to Gio Edu Inc. or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except as permitted by law or written authorization.
Gio Edu may use third-party services for payments, authentication, analytics, video communication, notifications, or other functions. Third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies. Gio Edu is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
Gio Edu may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, fraud, illegal activities, harassment, unauthorized access, security abuse, or misuse of payments or virtual items. Users may request deletion through available in-app controls or support. Deletion and related data handling follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Gio Edu aims for reliable service but maintenance, technical issues, outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued subject to applicable law and required notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Gio Edu is provided “as is” and “as available.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation and satisfaction with other user interactions are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, Gio Edu Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Gio Edu. Liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded is unaffected.
Gio Edu may revise these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after revised terms take effect may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
